Mini Monkey Bread

Pure. Heaven. This is one of my favorite recipes of all time and I’ve only made it once! This will be made again and will be gone 10 minutes after coming out of the oven! It is easy and it uses Rhodes Rolls so that makes it even easier! I thought it was going to be a lot of work and just not worth it but that is really not the case! Mini Monkey Bread
12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1-2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cut each dinner roll into 6 equal pieces.

In a bowl, combine butter and corn syrup and stir until well mixed. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Dip 6 roll pieces at a time in the butter mixture and then in the sugar mixture. place 6 pieces in each well sprayed cup of a 12 cup muffin tin. Repeat with remaining roll pieces.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap or a towel and let double in size.

Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes.

Cool 3-4 minutes before removing from pan. Combine icing ingredients and mix well. Drizzle over monkey bread.
