Easy Crepes

I posted a bit ago about a strawberry sauce that we had on crepes. Well, these are the crepes. They are so good and my kids beg for them! They devoured the. In fact, when I make these now, I have to double the recipe because it is so loved! They are perfect! Enjoy!

  1. 3/4 c. flour
  2. 2 tbsp. sugar
  3. 1 1/4 c. milk
  4. 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
  5. 2 tbsp melted butter
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and sugar.
  2. In another medium bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
  3. Slowly whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and then drizzle the butter in until smooth.
  4. Allow batter to sit for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat that is sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Once heated, pour in 1/4 cup batter into pan, lifting off burner and swirling around to it covers the whole bottom of the pan and place back on burner.
  7. Once the edges are beginning to lift up and turn, carefully flip the crepe.
  8. Set aside once it is done on a plate, repeated until all batter is used.
  9. Serve with favorite toppings such as strawberry sauce, fruit, or syrup.
