Instant Pot Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Hope you all had a delightful Christmas! It came and went too quick! But the New Year is approaching quickly also! I have some big  plans for the new year! Anyone make resolutions!? I want to use my Instant Pot more…crazy right! You all probably think I over do it! And for those who got one for Christmas, this is a breeze to make! It is creamy and delicious. It even freezes like a dream! I got the recipe from my sister and it comes together perfectly every time! You are welcome! Enjoy!

Instant Pot Creamy Beef Stroganoff

  1. 1-2 lb. stew meat
  2. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1/2 c. diced onion
  4. 1 tsp. garlic salt
  5. 2-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 c. water
  7. 8 oz. cream cheese
  1. Mix all ingredients except meat and cream cheese.
  2. Once that is mixed together in the crockpot, add just the meat.
  3. Cook on STEW/MEAT button, or manual HIGH for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Natural release for 10-15 minutes and them quick release.
  5. Add in cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  6. Serve over noodles or rice.
