Instant Pot Baked Potatoes

To be completely honest, I’m not sure why I haven’t made these yet.  We don’t have baked potatoes a ton, but we have definitely had them since getting an instant pot.  Not only do they cook to perfection, but they peel like the hard boiled egg! The skin just slips off and it is amazing!! Go give this a try.  And now with the snow we got, this would go perfect with some chili! Enjoy!

  1. Hi Val!

I love potatoes done in my pressure cooker, they always turn out so nice. I love them for hash-browns the next day, because the skins stay soft and they are easy to grate. Chili and baked potatoes sounds wonderful!

    1. Ooh…Yum! I didn’t think of hash browns! Also, granny squares are rocking! Once I got the hang of them, I started pounding them out!
