Ingredients
  1. 1 ham roast
  2. 2 c. brown sugar
  3. 1 can pineapple, drained
Instructions
  1. In a roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray, sprinkle 1 cup of brown sugar on the bottom.
  2. Place roast on brown sugar.
  3. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup brown sugar on the roast.
  4. Place pineapple on top of brown sugar and roast.
  5. Place lid on roaster and cook at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours, or until it is fully cooked.
Notes
  1. You can use any pineapple you want. I used crushed, but the recipe originally called for pineapple rings. Any works, as long as you drain it! '
  2. You can also cook this in a slow cooker! Mine was just too small to fit the ham roast!
