Instant Pot Shredded Chicken

Because I listen.  Apparently, you guys want Instant Pot stuff.  Which, to be honest, so do I! I did my first Zaycon order yesterday.  80 lbs.  Well, naturally I needed to shred some for the freezer for future meal prep ease. This was amazingly easy!  I did 10 lbs of it in no time at all!  Enjoy!

  1. 4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. Seasoning (what ever you prefer. I used Jess Hall's Serendipity Seasoned Salt and garlic salt)
  3. 1 c. water
  1. Place chicken directly in Instant Pot.
  2. Add water to the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with desired amount of seasoning.
  4. Place lid on and lock to Instant Pot. Set to MANUAL HIGH for 20 minutes.
  5. Natural release for 10 minutes and then quick release the rest.
  6. Remove chicken and shred.
  1. This can be used in any recipe that calls for chicken. Just freeze and then take out when needed!
  2. I used my kitchen aid to shred this. It is easy and done in minutes!
