Chicken Tetrazzini

I love a good casserole.  Nothing beats it and nothing is more homey than something like this!  It is warm, gooey, and has lots of chicken!  Enjoy!

  1. 1 (12 oz) pkg spaghetti noodles
  2. 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
  3. 5-6 c. cooked, shredded chicken
  4. 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  5. 2 c. sour cream
  6. 3 c. grated cheddar
  7. 3/4 c. grated parmesan
  8. salt and pepper to taste
  9. paprika
  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Put soups and sour cream in large bowl; stir in can of chicken broth.
  3. Add chicken, pasta, and cheeses. Stir until well combined and evenly blended.
  4. Spray pans with cooking spray and spread tetrazzini in pan.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and paprika on top of casserole.
  6. IF FREEZING, STOP HERE! If freezing, stop here and freeze before cooking. Cover with foil and label. Once ready to use, stick in fridge over night. Then cook as directed.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, or until edges begin to bubble.
