  2. 1/2 c. water
  3. 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  4. 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  5. 2 tbsp ketchup
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1/8 tsp sesame oil
  8. 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  9. 1-2 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
For Stir Fry Sauce
  1. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  2. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  1. In a small bowl, dissolve sugar in water to make special sauce. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, lemon juice, dijon mustard, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
  2. To make the stir fry sauce, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.

Once the oil is heated to high heat, add the chicken, garlic, water chestnuts, and mushrooms to the pan. Add the stir fry sauce to the pan and saute the mixture for a couple of minutes then serve it in the lettuce cups.
  4. Top with special sauce or use it as a dipping sauce.
